Week 67 - I've had a rough week, but I'm hanging in there.

I've been struggling for four months with back and neck pain. It causes me to get migraines and makes it very hard to work. My mission president has given me an assignment to work in the office to see if sitting and not walking all day will help my back. I hope it helps! 

Here I am in front of the 25 de Abril Bridge in Lisbon. It's very similar to The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, but this one is 300 feet longer!
