Week 2 - I'm Getting Good At Volleyball
yoooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!! whats good! this week has been pretty good and bad at the same time lol this tuesday we had a devtional by president clayton of the seventy and it was fire. its really cool cause the whole mtc gathers in the gym and the spirit is so strong. we sang army of heleman all together and it was so magical. so basically like everyday for exercise time i get an hour where i split away from my companion and and go with sister stone who is like my new bff and we go play beach volleyball with the elders in our zone and it is soooo fun I'm actually lowkey getting good at volleyball which is hard to believe because i use to run away from the ball but now im diving and spiking and its so fun. ok so my companion is having major issues with me rn hahahahah its actually way funny cause shes finally realizing that no one can control me and shes upset that we dont always do things her way lol which you all know im a pretty stubborn person but i have grown to do what she wants to do but when she doesnt get her way SHE IGNORES ME!!!!!! Hahaha i actually think its hilarious but she won't come and talk to me about it so thats an issue and ill have to companion inventory her and tell her she's gotta end that.
The food here gets grosser as the days go by. this is no joke. so i really appreciate the snacks ive been getting. bless you all. and all my stuff is starting to smell really gross like the room we are in thats probs 100 years old so thats cool. Im learning so much portuguese about 6 hours a day. ive memorized "my purpose" as a missionary, the invite to baptism and the first vision all in portugese. I ordered a shirt that has my mission on it so ill send ya pcs of that when it comes. today i got to go to the temple and do an endowment session whch was really great cause that was the second times ive done it in my life and it was with my whole zone here. last night we had a devotional by gary crittenden who is like some missionary head of something im not really sure, but he gave a really good talk on how to be the best missionary you can become and then after we watched elder hollands talk on missions are forever which i invite everyone to go look up and watch. it was very powerful. This sunday i also taught relief society with my comp which went well, we taught on the creation the fall and agency. so im pretty ure everytime someone calls me sister delgado i age 10 years. i feel like im 100 years old when they call me that hahaha idk why. but please pray for me that my comp wont kill me and i have temple walks on sunday at 2:30 for anyone who feels inclined to come at that same time ;) I love you all and miss you so much send me more emails i love them and can look at them throughout the week!!!!! ill be back on this ater noon to answer more emails!!!
